Ms Altermann is responsible for the marketing of RUNconsult. Before that she was involved in strategic application management for SAP and she was also responsible for the CI compliant appearance of the business unit towards customers.

Mr Conrad is a project manager for utilities with over 11 years of professional expertise in the areas of quality management and process management. His professional competence also compromises the integration of SAP CRM and SAP IS-U based on the most current product version (CRM 2007 and CRM 7.0).
Jens Deutschmann
Mr Deutschmann has been project manager and solution architect with focus on utilities for over 12 years. His areas of expertise are IS-U integration management and IS-U test management.
